Ralitsa Stoyanova graduated in Law from the University of National and World Economy in 2009, Sofia. Since then, she has been working mainly in the field of civil and commercial law. She has experience in drafting and analyzing contracts, real estate transactions, property rights, legal representation and advising individuals and legal entities and advises IT companies on commercial and other legal issues, contracts and personal data protection and works as an external consultant to RZ Strategic Group, USA with the main activity of conducting negotiations with clients regarding cloud services and computer software contracts .
From 2019 she is a member of the Sofia Bar Association. She works intensively on family law cases - divorces, parental rights, maintenance and division of property, approaching with discretion and professionalism. She has extensive experience in copyright law and specifically copyright and trade marks. She strives to offer clarity, security and practical solutions according to the needs of each client.
Among her post-graduate qualifications are a course in Mediation at the Achaia Mediation Center in 2014 and a course in Non-Violent Communication in 2021. Advo. Stoyanova integrates the methodologies into her practice, which gives her the opportunity to deeply understand the needs, aspirations and goals of her clients, ensuring the highest level of protection.
In 2022 she completed a specialized training course at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on the topic of copyright, software and patents. In 2025 she participated in a series of trainings at the Krustyo Tsonchev Center for Training of Lawyers on the following topics: Crowdfunding as a form of group financing with share participation; Current problems of the transformation of commercial companies; Unjustified enrichment - types of claims.
